Tommy was born in October 2021. A Neonatal Haemochromatosis diagnosis meant his liver was already failing before he ever came home. Tommy's Journey supports families living through neonatal liver disease and the long wait for a transplant — and pushes hard to get more people talking about organ donation. Small charity, real impact: every share is one more family that feels less alone.
This is a personal fundraising campaign. Funds go to Andrew 'Tommo' Thomas directly, who pledges to forward them to the cause.
